For those wondering where Mr Beech was tonight, he was at Deal having a good run out. The lads were nervy 1st half and went behind 1-0 to a team that fielded Takaloo, Jake Eastwood and Scott Holden. Second half Phil and Winchy changed it around a little and changed the game.

The lads came out fighting, and controlled a lot of the play. unlucky not to get the draw when the keeper was caught of his line, the resulting shot hit the left hand join of bar and post.

Proud of the lads tonight, who were not overawed by the vastly more experienced Deal Town.

This is a very young team.

Their number 11 looked tasty.
