AN entertaining and hard-fought friendly derby at Rookery Hill proved a worthwhile exercise for both managers.

 

Undoubtedly Rocks boss John Coventry, who has seen his team come through the pre-season campaign unbeaten, got the better results, but visiting manager Colin McBride also looked pleased and though his Ryman Premier side failed to produce a season
