I think Chatham will prove quite a tough game on saturday.

Again-no injuries and suspensions is the important one for me;and then mid table safety will suffice for this season.

Tough first 3 games-and no Young ;so not expecting much come end of August.

i hope Wilson not badly injured or we are in some trouble in midfield

As an aside, I see a 'strong' (I use the term loosely) Ramsgate team could only manage a draw with Canterbury last night. Doesn't bode well for them as, let's be honest, Canterbury were woeful!

I think Ramsgate Res done well against a Canterbury first team, bit like your Res drawing at Deal.

Up the Rams

And with a spine of 6 or 7 established first XI players surely they should have turned over poor opposition.

when i heard dave corys name in the team readout a couple of games ago, i nearly walked out of the ground, i wasnt his biggest fan! but he has won me over a bit and would play him over kenny i also feel blackman enjoys playing with dave more although i could be wrong on that, and in any case im sure blackman would be far too profesional to give less than 100% whoever he is paired with.

Maybe if TY signs Robinson, we could have a new` tactic whereby he goes upfield to meet Lacy's throws with his obvious height.

Two positions filled for the price of one-goalkeeper and occasional striker ? I wonder if he can head a ball ? It may just work !!

Graham, Quinn, Laslett, Brown, Schulz the only 5 established first xi players the rest are all young reserve players on the fringes aged 16-21.

Also the fact that 4 games in 7 days can be testing on the squad, but the game was poor and really should of put Canterbury to bed but they defended desperatly in numbers and worked very hard credit goes to them.

When does a player become a first team squad player? because I'm positive that a fair few Ramsgate and Margate players representing in the first team squad will be playing regular reserve football thoughout the season and will only feature on the bench or in the starting xi when called upon.
