From the Canterbury site

Dan Langiano (defender/midfield): Captain of City's Under-18s and current member of the Kent Under-18 squad. Dan played for the City First team in a couple of Friendly games at the end of last season and showed that despite being only sixteen he was highly talented. During pre-season he put in some excellent performances and demonstrated that he was ready to be included in this season's First team squad. Huge potential and expected to fulfil it this season.

There is a Stuart Robinson who is a plumber in High Wycombe so it may be that he is just from Wycombe and not played for them.

I have found his name for Fisher and Lewes so that could be the guy.

Stuart Robinson seems to have played the last few games of 2008/09 for Fisher in Conference South. Think hes 21.

Can find reports of Robinson at Three Bridges from 06/07 and 07/08. He then seems to have joined Lewes as a backup goalkeeper in late 2007 or early 2008, and made 1 start, barely troubling the bench even. During his time at Lewes he was farmed out to Cove on loan.

Then released by Lewes last summer and went on trial at Carshalton before being signed by Leatherhead. Then in November 2008 moved to Northwich to link up with ex Lewes boss Steve King. Then joined Fisher in February.

I spoke to Robinson (keeper) last night & he says he was at Northwich last season (I might have mentioned Wycombe to some in error-sorry). He also says he has had trials with Crystal Palace. He's about 6' 4" tall & of slim build. (As can be seen in Don's photo of him). Quite vocal too.

In last nights game he plucked 2,3 or maybe 4 high crosses out of the air that I can recall, has a very very good kick & is always alert to the quick throw out, but as mentioned elsewhere he didnt have a a shot to save all night,as I was purposely waiting to see how he would fare (as most others probably were I would have imagined). About 15 minutes from the end he was replaced by Agu to see how he fared. He too had nothing to do apart from a couple of kicked clearances & throw outs.

Healey is proving a very very good player pre-season & Cliffe impresses me each time.Cory, not so but Kenny Pratt, who I always felt was a bit too lightweight despite his energy seems to have improved since last season. He looks more confident & is benefitting from the experience gained from last season.Morris,at full back did well (albeit against a modest outfit) & was finding space down the right wing all evening. Full backs his position i.m.o.

Ben Lewis we cannot afford to lose for any game.He was simply majestic at the back.

Various reports describe Stuart Robinson as 6 foot 7! Can't remember a keeper of ours being that tall. I've posted further up on this thread Cookie of where he's been in his career. Ex Three Bridges, Lewes, Cove (loan), Leatherhead, Northwich and Fisher.

Sam Cliff has been nothing short of superb in the run outs he's had, admittedly mostly in the last half hour against tired defences. At 17 he looks to be a bit special and would love to see us hand him a two year contract.

Pleased that Beech is still on the scene and played at Deal.

Langiano looked good I thought after a slightly shaky start. Interesting that BB says he's with the reserves. I wonder if he'd be content with reserve football though as a Kent u18 player. I'd guess not. Need to have another look at him in the first team.
