Nice to read that our Mayor,councillor Ted Watt-Ruffell,has brought some shares in the club to try & help ease the burden. Would certainly be nice to hear other councillors following suit,but are we asking for miracles with that one?.

Well done the Mayor anyway.I just thought he deserved a mention on this occasion.

It would be nice -and indeed appropriate if the councillors of all parties with particular responsibility for the hartsdown area ward did similar.

Absolutely disgraceful. I allegedly knew the alleged guy was allegedly an idiot (I have consulted my lawyer here), but that doesn't just cross the line - he wouldn't be able to see it on the horizon behind him. Can't the Queen dissolve the council or something? No mention of a vat of sulphuric acid, Frankie....
