Faversham Town host a Margate XI at Salters Lane tomorrow (Saturday) as the two sides compete for the newly inaugurated "Generation Challenge Cup" with the trophy being decided when the sides meet on August 15th for the second leg at Hartsdown Park.

It would be nice for a change to progress significantly in a few meaningful cup competitions during the season as well !!

Looking at Faversham Town's website we lost 3-1. Does anyone know which players both teams fielded.

I'm guessing Quainy, Shano, German, Oltinator, Joe Taylor and Nick Treadwell played, for us, as they weren't involved at Southwood.

Without knowing the details, a reasonable result i would have thought against one of the top Kent league sides who strengthend during the summer and were not far off promotion to ryman last season

I believe Jack Crawford may have had a trial too, though I am not 100% sure.
