I think the attendance was 197....

 

Never get too carried away over pre season but 6 for and 8 against probably sums up which end of the field needs working on most. Maybe we can look to bring in a big unit type of centre half if there s any space left.

 

Walker, Semanshia, Baker, Wiles and Flack all injured/ill (surely not groundhog day again) and a couple of the triallists strangely elected to go on holiday. Stortford mullered us in the first half but we were much improved in the second half amongst all the changes.

 

Harrsion did well when he came on - it will be interesting to see if he can push on this season and properly challenge for a first team place. Also quite impressed with Russel Pond - versatile players like him are always handy at this level.

 

I would imagine Tuesday's game will see the level cranked up a bit.

Who was the keeper fo us in the first half i was deeply unimpressed by him. Second was a much better performance by the blues though.

 

Role on tuesday against Braintree.

We must not forget that we are playing teams in higher divisions as well. Braintree are always tough so I would imagine a similar scoreline to Saturday.

Jl sumed it up for me when we were having a chat after the game, "we lost the first half 3-0, but won the second 2-0"

 

We will have to sharp from the off on Tuesday if we are going to match Braintree.

It was 3-0 to Bishop's Stortford at half time, thanks to two goals from Leon McKenzie and one from Charlie Sheringham. Town came back in the second half with goals from Billy Bricknell and Harrison Chatting.

its access denied. basically anything with football or FC is banned. it really upsets me. fans focus was also banned but they adjusted the system and somehow it has slipped through the net. i do not have long here before they find me, please dont tell them i was here.
