Excuse me for being perhaps a little slow on the uptake, but I have seen very little about the "collection" or "share purchase" on the site or the local media, are we currently looking for financial support? and if so how does anyone go about assisting? surely we should have an official anouncement on the "oficial" site, I find it amazing that in our hour of need there are no official statements. I want to help but what I wont do is give money away with no promise of what it goes toward. In addition I will not buy a season ticket when we could fold in a matter of weeks, someone FROM THE CLUB NEEDS TO ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS.

What exactly do you want them to say? And why should it make a difference if you don't trust them anyway?

All I know is that any monies paid by us will be used by the club after all, surely they have no choice, its either pay it in full or be wound up, as simple as that. Tam, the MISA Chairman, stated in the papers on Friday that if people who support Margate but say

The whole thing is really frustrating. There has been nothing official put on the official site and MISA have not updated their site for several months. The last update was about away travel LAST season. Nothing about the Boot/Craft fair at all. Why could the club not put a share application form on the official site that could be downloaded so people could complete and send in the money. The problem with it at the moment is that nobody knows where the money is going. If we all buy shares and the club go out of business will the money be taken as part of the assets or is it to be ringfenced and kept in a seperate account. The club should also be offering some incentive by perhaps producing a framed share certificate for investments of say over

Great post Margate shot reflecting my frustrations, so no one from MISA looks at the website, no one from the Club updates the website on a regular basis which should happen, whats the point then !! is it just here for some of us to rant and rave?

Who knows how much we owe. There are four companies running MFC. There are two directors and what goes on is never properly explained to us. Pot luck as what mess we are in. 27K is just another figure it could be 5x that or less!!!!!

Most of MISA, GT, are older people who probably dont own a PC, as I said why not join the Committe and that will enable you to update us on here as and when things arise.
