The difference between the 2 is that when there is news its posted on the Ramsgate Forum and not left days,weeks, and sometime months.

where are these people who criticize when requests for help are made? Are they going to volunteer their time to rectify the subject of their complaints?

If Yes, please come forward, join Misa in helping our club to become a better Club.

Be positive not negative.

Be proactive not inactive.

If you have issues with what goes on surly the only place to change the situation is from within not without.

Perhaps certain people take perverse pleasure in taking pot shots at our limited number of directors and,at people who give up there spare time to help the club. I am afraid these comments are having a detrimental effect on the volunteers.why do we bother? its hard enough fighting the outside influences that effect the club without having to put up with Cr*p from fellow supporters.If you don't like it, Join it, change it, make a difference.

All I have done Blueblood is highlight something where the club can help itself and generate more revenue easily. I believe I also said it was not a dig at those that give up spare time. If Leah and I had time we'd help out but we both barely see each other these days and thats the precise reason why Leah had to resign from the post of MISA secretary.

My suggestion is a way that the club can merchandise itself in a better manner by making people want to sponsor the club. The more sponsors you get the more revenue avaliable.

The club could be doing more to attract sponsorship by advertising the space avaliable on the Homepage of the website. Simply putting a board up on the edge of the pitch is not enough to attract peoples sponsorship these days in my opinion. Leah has a degree in advertising and I have managerial experience in retail so we both have a good idea of how to market a product which in my case was jewellery and in this case is Margate FC.

The first port of call for supporters should be the MFC site. For me I never go on that because it doesn't change enough for me to be interested in it. I use this site to find out most things. The site needs to have regular updates however small that information may be. An interview with our groundsman maybe!!!!! Hows the pitch looking!!!!!

I think that any news that goes into the press should be transferred to the site after it is published. At this point it is not. I write these ideas on here in hope that someone from the club may see them and think, thats a good idea!!!! I am not being critical of anybody but am just highlighting an area that has the potential to make money.

If you have issues go and air them with the person/people that have the power to do something about it.

Kp is approachable and he did hold a forum at which hardly any questions were asked.

As i have said, if you are not happy with the way things are going then become proactive and help change it.

Lets not forget we are talking about a non league club here with part time officials who have other businesses.

There are just two directors who have to run the whole shooting match.

 

From what he tells us-KP is looking for more directors to help run the club-although rightly-i am sure that would also require a substantial financial investment.

 

Is it a bit harsh to be overly critical at this stage.

 

Notwithstanding any of the above, no doubt the directors are completely pre-occupied with trying to find
