I fancy a bit of Southend United away this season, or a return to Col U wouldn't be bad either.. Did enjoy it there, despite the defeat..

Did not go, dont realy like league grounds anymore, bring back to many memories of when I supported the Spammers...........and also dont like to see my team lose 6 - 0...........

It was good to see us score despite conceding six too. And of course nothing better than seeing your team play in a decent stadium for once...

Sorry I find them stadiums soulless, in asying that when we beat Gt Warking in the final at Southend, that was quite good........

i enjoyed what i can remember of it. i will say though that bb has a point. when you're all crammed into 1/4 of a stadium, it does tend to leave a "why the fck are we here" thought floating in the old mind tank.

 

different of course if you're totally outnumbered. hx vs boston, 3 sides packed and us little old urchins taking up half an end and still outsinging the yank onanists... they did give us 50p to help save our club though...

 

anyway, back on topic, here's hoping the urchins survive long enough to draw romford at the bridge so coup can get his wish of seeing his team in a decent stadium.
