the previous regime at st. margaretsbury were likened to a animated movie, starring: the fat controller, mrs. doubtfire, shaun the sheep, betty boop, super mario's brother luigi and mini-me.

 

now that we've rid ourselves of these dubious characters, the club can put a smile back upon its face again. gone are the whingers, the whiners, the moaners etc etc. and in come decent, truthful, trusting people to bring the club back to where it belongs.

 

really, only a couple of decent players have left the club and, by signing three more good, quality players, we are back to a decent strength. some of the other players mentioned appeared only to warrant a game by virtue of the fact their daddies were involved in the club. oh dear, perhaps they still think they're playing under 10's football... will they take their ball back if it doesn't go their way?

 

it's a shame we have had all but a few of our youth teams spirited away by what appears to be underhanded methods, but due to whining, moaning and apparently "cheating", no one really liked us anyway. the word from all the other youth teams was: "don't trust any st. margaretsbury youth teams". not a great legacy to leave, so, by starting again, we can repair the damage done by previous management.

 

in conclusion, the present regime is of top quality and not going away. they have been recognised by all the leagues and all present staff and players. they don't have to justify to anyone, including the herts FA, their position. so all you doubters get used to the new, much improved st. margaretsbury. we're here to stay.

I'm not sure that anyone on this forum really knows what has gone on at St Margaretsbury FC even after 100 plus posts. The 3 part tragedy played out on here (mostly with appalling spelling) has been difficult to follow as much of it is utter nonsense.

 

I do know though that it has been like watching the forum equivalent of a mass motorway pile up, only with a bucket of highly inappropriate laughs thrown in for free.

Heard their was two training sessions Saturday morning by the two Managers,Bouncers at the gate of St Margaretsbury....Split Committee and now the players loyalty seems split???

There was indeed, the Currently "Legitimate" committee were NOT allowed into the ground the barrier was down and someone asking who they were here to train with, Those with the current "Legitimate" Committee had to go to Presdales to train under Gurney.

 

So all in all, the currently "Illegitimate" Committee held the ground. Amazing really just how childish people can be.

 

I am amazed that this will still not be sorted out for another week and a bit, its the 2 managers & players i feel sorry for.

I am not going to hide behind some silly name so if you can't work out who i am from my first name or by the end of what i have written then you have noting to do with the club or are in need of great help.

 

Just to put a few people straight who seem to think they are ITK.

 

1. Saturday training. Yes Mr Gurney did turn up with 2 coaches and about 5 players. After a chat between Mr Stock and Mr Gurney, Mr Gurny left with no problems. As for the players that were there no-one turned them away in fact they are more then welcome to come pre-season and sign for the club.

 

2. When will people stop writing nothing but lies on here. when will people stop having a dig at people that they know nothing about and why are people on here and other places so intent on causing problems for the most important people at the club--the players??

 

Now as for people who are having a pop about the youth not beinng wanted at the club and people only caring about the senior teams. Sorry to say this is crap. if the parents of the youth players want to find out the real reasons then feel free to come to the club on Tuesday night at 7pm and ask any of the managers there who will speak to you face to face.

 

All i care about is that the boys, lads, blokes or man whatever you want to call them get to play football at a good club with people that want to run it the right way for the right reasons. Now from what Mr Stock has told me and shown me thus far he does want the club run in the right way pushing to go in the right places. he has put alot of his own time into the club in the last few weeks and all i see on here is a group of people havinng ago at him. But yet you do this behind stupid names. Is your life that boring or shallow?

 

As for abc, Really, Spec, youthchairman, bum69 and the rest of you. Grow up get a life or better still come see me on Tuesday night at 7pm and we can talk about all of this in private rather then on a public forum. Thats if you all have the balls to do this, i am guessing that from the fact you hide behind silly names you will not do this.
