O/T Didcot's Jack King & other old opponents

Jack King now at Farnborough on trial by the look of it. If it doesn't work out for him he can always come and join us ;-)

 

Also talking of our old division AFC Totton look to have strangthened with the possible signings o Nathan Jack from Bracknell, Aaron Couch from Marlow (who scored 20+ goals last season) and Farnborough's excellent Darren Wheeler.

 

Also notice Thatcham have managed to get Jemel Johnson to stay. Suprising really as from what we saw last season he is good enough to play Conf South at the least.

 

South & West will be a tough league again this season.

IMO Jemel Johnson is a talented player who could at least make it at local teams like Farnborough, Basingstoke, Woking etc.

 

Unfortunately, he seems to lack any sort of ambition to make it further in the game.

Can confirm Jack King was at Farnborough last night and played in their first pre-season game, however dont belive any papers signed yet, but can understand why they are intrested in him and they would be a good choice to play for as it is likley they will go up as a lot of money is being spent on the team.
