45 years ago............as for the players all well in their 60s now and best forgotten........then there was Bow Catholic and WDG, to great teams from that era........I played for Clinton Athletic.........oh those were the days........Hackney marshes and the old cow shed...........

Dany Walden played for Charlton against bristol City one week and Tower Hamlets the next.Him on one wing and Billy Powell on the other.We used to terorise teams.A certain chelsea and leicester player played for us in the weeks when he did not have a game as well.

Oh not this old chestnut? TBAG asked me the very same question last Friday (3rd), so I'll tell you what I told him.

 

As always, I am first and foremost a Bowers & Pitsea FC supporter, but will always follow and support whoever Junior is playing for.

 

Unlike when he was at Basildon Utd, there is now no conflict of interest, as Basildon Town are in Senior Div 3 of the Essex Olympian league. Capiche?
