Twitter - thats where people write about what they are doing - "I have just breathed in", "I have just breathed out", "I am placing one foot in front of the other and am walking - how great am I".

Just goes to show how sad some people are that they think others are actually intrested in their mundane world. Either they are desperate for some attention or their egos need to be reeled in!

Twitter, surly it should be Twatter?

Not at all Staines, Twitter acts as a way of communitcating quickly and efficiently with users who 'follow you'. It enables you to get short sharp messages to a number of people within minutes either via text message, email or by users who are 'twittering'. These messages can have a big knock on effect.

There are also commerical opportunities you can create via twitter which I won't bore you with but it's a very attractive tool that more and more businesses are using these days.

As a Slough fan living abroad, Twitter only enhances the link between fan and club. Especially when it can be used to supply match updates. It's the only thing that's made me sign up for Twitter. Well, that and Stephen Fry.
