Very much so. I think Steve's done an amazing job for this football club and were very lucky to have him. I just only hope that we finally get some good concrete news on the ground.

 

The Under 18's club sec on the other hand is a different matter... ;-)

Fingers crossed for a positive review on Thursday as a testament to the hard work which has gone into the plans and the continued review and development of them.

Does look pretty fantastic at this stage.

 

Interesting to see how the plans have changed since the initial document back in February last year. The ground moving from the back of the plot of land to facing the Stoke Road.

 

My only concerns would be what looks like a lack of expansion behind the goals but it is hard to tell on the space and dimensions at this stage.

 

Lets hope for positive news on Thursday!

Cant be arsed to look coz im not a slough fan be get the general idea so a big fair play to you & look forward to visiting your ground sometime with Frome Town. Went to Wexham Park back in 84/85 for an FA Cup tie with you so i look forward to another visit to Slough soon. Whats the time scale for completion (or have i got the wrong end of the stick!!)

It looks fantastic and i echo the sentiments that we are very lucky to have a chairman like Steve Easterbrook, who knows what he is doing and has his head screwed on. Hope the council give it approval. RR isn't the time delay due to it probably being called in by the the Government because of minor green belt issues?
