anyway, i'll share a drink with you if you're still in the cup in mid-november. in fact, i'm not quite sure you could get worse than last season... weren't you the first club knocked out of the fa cup?

 

mid-november is an ace time to have a party. pub isn't full of once a year xmas drinkers, the smell of burning chavs who don't know the firework code, young's winter warmer.. can't wait.

oh your god, you're right. they'd dicked us 1-0 in a pre-season friendly and i was looking forward to them doing the same to you, plus seeing my old mate mr smith. re: 1st club out of the cup, was it the season before then? don't think the in-fighting has got to me, more apathy regarding your good selves.

It was the year before when we lost 3-2 to Potton at some unearthly hour (second club as it goes, as a team lost on the Friday night because of an England game), but for somebody I admire and love that is a very short banter straw to be clutching..
