You are correct on this one Mr Rhoades. I have been a bit harsh on old Charlie. After all, i for one would not mind using my face to be Pippa Middletons bike seat.Unlike Charlies choice of Camilla parker Bowles. lets 'FACE'it, a hour under that and you would come up smelling like Billingsgate Fish market in a heatwave.

Charles certainly seems far more relaxed at public engagements.

Honestly, if every senior member of the Royal Family was there then they'd be accused of showboating.

 

Prince Charles opts not to go and there's weeping and wailing.

 

I think Charles has other interests and long-standing engagements. Imagine if you were a member of the Royal Family, and you had to attend several engagements during the time the Olympics are on. You have little choice but to attend them, as these are long standing commitments and potentially important to our economic future.

 

If Charles does not want to attend, or simply cannot attend, I ain't gonna get my knockers in a twost (as Officer Crabtree would have said).

Then get Slagged Off because Charles didn't accept a free ticket for the Olympics.
