About 4 tonight

It'll be about 2 on Friday

About 3 Sat night/Sun Morning

 

I'm working all weekend as well!

 

Is this healthy?

i managed 4 last night

im looking at a similar amount tonight

friday has hideous potential to get ugly half day at work, sunshine, leave town at 4 pm start weekend pool party... my only hope is for a bit of a lie in sat morning before 'oh look the weathers nice lets have a BBQ and 700 pints' starts

I only got four hours last night, and for the wrong reasons too. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> Fking shattered this morning.

I always aim to have at least 8 hours sleep. This is because when i lived away, i was out clubbing every night, and then staying up drinkig every night, then having to work crap shifts and then wasn't eating because i was too lazy and tired to cook, and then Jon had to cook for me, and then my consentration was lacking, and then i suffered from exhaustion.

 

I was just tired all the time and i felt [censored]. Now, as my social like is crap, i try and get a proper nights sleep.
