first off, despite what someone posted elsewhere i have absolutely no problem with the ESL constitution for 2009/10 im delighted that we now have 18 teams.

Anyway one team isnt happy and thats FC Clacton who are now wondering why the FA wouldnt allow them to switch from 6 to 5 without gaining promotion with a top 2 placing.

lets hope they get a top 2 place this season and join us for 2010/11.

Even better, they only have to finish in the top three. That would get them promotion to the premier division which is of course step 5. Then it's just a case of moving across to the ESL. They were going alright last season but then faced a sequence of seven of their last eight games away from home including trips to Newmarket, Hadleigh and Brantham. That's what did for them in the end.

ESL next season, we lose champions enfield, clacton move across and romford and waltham forest get relegated then weve got 20 teams- happy days.

there is no way we (waltham forest) will get relegated - we were awsome from january last year - we will finish in the top 8 - mark my words might even make play offs - we had no budget for 2 seasons but now we've got a good budget and a good manager
