I'd like to see Budvar on sale, either bottles or tap, I'm not fussed.

 

Whilst on the subject I was chatting to my dad earlier about the possibility of the club being open on a more regular basis, his point was that although it would be good it's always been rather pricey and it may not be attractive enough for some locals.

your dad has a point,it needs to be competitive with the local pubs but i think it could be utilised when live games are on and if there are little gimmicks like pool or darts teams and supporters nights it could work.But i wouldn't have it open every night as some nights it would be empty

I agree, 7 nights a week is probably a mistake. You also have to think how much revenue can be raised from those that want to hire the clubhouse for parties and other functions....

Indeed,i think opening in the day time would be a mistake apart from maybe fridays and the weekends.

You could always work it around bookings as long as people were given prior notice of an event.

Turning up for a game and finding out the bar is shutting at 5.30 should not happen,people wouldn't mind if they knew before as they can arrange something else
