A Message from the fans!!!!!!!

As we are waiting to find out who will be taking over the club,i thought i would start a thread about what we want as fans of the club to the prospective new owners,whoever they are

Just put your messages of how you would like to see the club go forward and things you don't want to happen on here.

I think we must realise how valuable we are to the club whoever takes over,without fans a club cannot function, and we must realise this.We must ensure that we get a say in how the club is run

 

 

I would like to see colin stay,he has shown once again last season that he is committed to the club by arranging quiz nights etc and nearly steering us to the play offs on a limited budget(2nd half of season anyway)

I would also like to see the boardroom cut in half,make the bar area bigger,get more things going in the clubhouse to maximise our profits and open for longer in the week and weekend

I think most fans just want footy UM, but above that I'd say a blanket ban on Afro's!

But seriously,i believe we should have a say in how the club is run to a certain extent,not talking about taking over the club but we need to realise that the club cannot function without us.

back on topic. not sure we're in any position to make demands from a potential buyer...

Beg to differ treeboy,we need to show whoever takes over at the club that we will help them as long as we are made to feel part of the club.

Demands is probably too strong a word but we should definatlylet them know that we are here and that we will help them as long as we can see the club is going in the right direction

What would I like to see?

 

Hmmm, well....

 

How about a midget podium dancer at each end of the bar? Would save me from getting the hump so much while waiting to be served.

 

Now to the serious stuff.

Just keep it simple.

Less controversy.

Better Advertising.

Target schools and families for new support.

Introduce a family ticket.

Coors Light on tap.

Better use of the bar/restaurant on non match days.

You should get yourselves together and form a Supporters Trust and demand a seat on the new board, as you say no supporters no club. Don't turn a blind eye this time and it would be a good start if the mods on this forum actually let the fans speak.

 

BTW are you in admin or not?

The mods on this forum at the moment are now myself,blackballed and urchins.All fans.

But we must stick to the principal forum rules,any blatent accusations or bullying will automatically be taken off here(unless its against teams we hate ) and anything which could have legal consequences will obviously be removed but fans will be able to criticise the club and people working on behalf of it within reason,that includes moderators as well,as long as it is justified
