Also Hitchin's assistant manager has some interesting thoughts:

Never remember them bringing hardly any away with them when we played them in the Ryman? Hope I'm wrong as it would be nice to see some visiting fans.

Plus their manager sees us challenging

But didn't an opposition manager say that about us last pre-season and look what happened!

i think there might be more changes to come but if and WHEN we move back to slough would it not yet again be transfer to the ryman? or the west

Interesting to note that Hitchin have three training sessions planned for June.

I would imagine this is to try and get one step ahead of the opposition by selling Hitchin to players before other teams get their hands on them and if possible get them signed up at the earliest possible date.

Its not like we've always been in the same division while at the same level. A few years ago we were in Ryman 1 North, Windsor in Ryman 1 South while Burnham in Southern 1 East (or something like that).

One wonders if the local teams would have been split up if Bedfont were not sharing at Stag Meadow

yes a shame ...we are not in the same league...and 2 good local derby fixtures..but its also nice to re visit teams like Bromsgrove - Hitchin - Chesham and Aylesbury Utd...and we also have 2 local derbies with our hosts Beaconsfield and also Burnham ...

better than ryman league div 1 / North ....

up the rebels ....

Didnt they walk over to your end at Full time...and then just stand there!? Never been seen again thankfully. I reckon it'll be the same for Chesham.

I think you'll find it's Kevin STOTT not SCOTT .

They are two completely different people connected with W & E.

Confusing, I know !

Personally, I think he has made more than ONE valid point on their web-site !

I'd be suprised if were not back in training some time in the next two weeks or so. It's normally about a month(ish) before pre-season starts.
