FInal league positions.

The playoff winners will be promoted.

There will be 132 clubs at step 4 - 22 in each step 4 division.

62 clubs have applied to move up from step 4. Full list here

Promotion and Relegation will work as shown here.

Team Bath will drop to below step 4 thus reprieving Thurrrock at step 2, Margate at step 3 and an extra club at step 4 - see below

King's Lynn are demoted to step 3 thus reprieving Hyde United at step 2

Cammell Laird are demoted to step 4 thus reprieving Whitby Town

Gresley Rovers are voluntarily demoted to step 5 thus reprieving Brigg Town

Dunstable were deducted 13 points on 6th May so finish in a relegation position instead of Woodford United.

Fisher Athletic have folded so Banbury United are reprieved at Step 3 and a further club at step 4 (see below)

Need 15 extra clubs at step 4 to achieve 132 in the total structure

12 clubs will be promoted from step 5. These are VT FC (Wx), Lowestoft Town (EC), AFC Fylde (NWC), Frome Town (WEST), Hungerford Town (Hell), Market Drayton Town (MFA), Mickleover Sports (NCE), Romford (Ex), VCD Athletic (Kent), Bedfont Green (CC), Horsham YMCA (Sx) & Biggleswade Town (SSM).

There are only 12 clubs here as 2 leagues, UC and NL do not have applicants that applied in either of the top two positions.

The 3 extra clubs required will be reprieved from step 4 based on league position and points per game. These are Chipstead (IL1S), Rossendale United (NP1N) & Bracknell Town (SL1SW).

This would leave 7 clubs relegated from step 4. 2 each from IL1N & SL1M and 1 each from NP1S, SL1SW & IL1S.

The "assumption" is on the intro to his site (page) ... "What steps 1-4 could look like in 2009/10. This is based on the following assumptions and, I must stress this, will be my guesses and suggestions of what it could look like. The final decision will be made by the step 1-4 leagues once the season is complete."

AFC Hornchurch
Ashford Town (Mx)
Aveley
Billericay Town
Bognor Regis Town
Boreham Wood
Canvey Island
Carshalton Athletic
Cray Wanderers
Dartford
Harrow Borough
Hastings United
Hendon
Horsham
Kingstonian
Maidstone United
Margate
Sutton United
Tonbridge Angels
Tooting & Mitcham United
Waltham Abbey
Wealdstone

I hope this this version is correct and, if so, look forward to a day out at Margate. His original version put us in the Southern Prem! My phone has been hot ever since and we still don't know... not good for (re)engaging players, preparing budgets or arranging friendlies... doah

Another visit to Princes Park would also be good - especially if the result is the same as last time. excited
