How about we do an unoffical 2008-9 award ceremony on here for the hard pressed Supporters.

 

 

 

Most games attended

 

Biggest moaner

 

Most drink consumed in the season

 

Worst dress sense

 

Best terrace singer

 

Most optimistic

 

Least optimistic

 

Supporter most likely to view teams display different to everyone else

 

Supporter most likely to cause a punch up

Has to be Medders...surely!!

 

Biggest moaner

A joint award - Gazza for moaning about the club & Enfield United for moaning about other moaning about the club

 

Most drink consumed in the season

Mr Happy (you should see my weekly recycling bucket!)

 

Worst dress sense

Abu Dhabi (flat caps went out years ago!!)

 

Best terrace singer

Nicky Fartarse ~(although he can never remember what he's singing!)

 

Most optimistic

Enfield United!!!!!!!!!!!! (still thinks we might make the play offs!)

 

Least optimistic

Errr about 90% of us so its a group award!

 

Supporter most likely to view teams display different to everyone else

Steph but he does watch games from a different part of the ground!

 

Supporter most likely to cause a punch up

Dib Dob Dave (although we now haven't seen him for a while!!)

 

Funniest supporter

Has to be Nicky Fartarse. His comments have had us in stitches behind the goal during the worst of performances and weather!!!

You just wait until the gate is open at half time and walk through.

 

Call for change.

I for one would like to see a change in this position with tickets issued on entry and these to be shown on re-entry from the bar at half time etc.

 

This would stop the likes of BR and Others from coming in to watch at least half a game free.

 

Gates to be opened 15 mins from end of match.

Your stewards are not the sharpest tools in the box , Believe me none of then has never challenged me , Second halfs are usually freebee's at most clubs anyway ,why shoud Townies be any diffrent ?

Enfield United - Along with Abu out in a league of his own there.........cloud cuckoo league.

The Hat, Rock Steady, Me, Southport, Happy.....err yeah Happy was right 99% of us!

Enfield United, must get those rose tinted glasses changed before the start of next season.

I suggested this sometime ago to the board, but not one of the 12 directors were interested!
