removing a parasite

Can anyone tell me how I can stop a user from itching/ popping up, spoiling any pleasure I used to get from having/reading a serious topic/debate on this site. I for one have had enough of it, he is the main reason I do not use Fans Focus .Com very often these days. As I have said before I believe in freedom of speech and will defend it, but, this constant disruption of threads with constant child speak as gone to far. So if the site cannot/will not stop him how can I get back to a position where I can start to enjoy the Sites/ threads again.

If you wish to ignore a user, click on his username, slect view profile and then select 'ignore user'.

Further more if you feel a user is in breach of our rules at http://www.nonleague.co.uk/forums/ubbthreads.php/ubb/boardrules/v/1.html then please report the post in question via the 'notify' button and we will investigate.
