Frankly though-of all the main squad; this one to me hurts least;and no real surprise.

Decent player,but because he had a bit of a 'free role';i thought it unbalanced the team a bit .

 

Probably just about good enough for the BSS but would be amazed if he went any further.He may find it difficult even in the BSS.

 

I suppose if i'm honest, i thought he was vastly overrated but appreciate i'm probably in a minority on that one.

Always 'flattered to deceive' to me.

 

Interesting that the braintree manager also sees his best position as right back; which i also thought was where he performed best for the 'Gate.

yes an ok player but think at times i got the feeling (i may be wrong) he thought he was to good to be in this league when in fact he was just really an ordinary player. Time will tell but i would not be suprised to see him back in the RLP before the end of the 2009-2010 season!

He quite simply wasn't good enough for us last season If I be honest, missed to many chances and made costly mistakes at times. However I would've liked to have seen him stay but nevermind not a huge loss IMO, I'm more then confident Terry Yorath will bring in adaquite and better players for us and hopefully we can push for promotion next season. All I can say is that you are a credit to your mother as you have always had perfect manners off the field and for anyone who chose to speak to you you always listened with patience and understanding.

Perhaps Garvey has been talking to Mr Trott .

 

In fairness- i think Trott was right on that one.

 

I wonder what Peters thinks though as i thought he was not too keen on playing in that position.

 

Any way-best of luck to the guy at braintree-at least he is not in our division so won't come back to haunt us (although as someone else has posted-it would not surprise me either to see him back in the Ryman league by january. )

I thought he mae it clear in interviews that he preferred playing a more attacking role. If he only had a little more confidence in front of goal he'd have scored a dozen goals for last season. Underated dead ball player too. Great free kick he scored at Tooting.

agree with MD the goal at Folkstone was class but just not enough of them during the 2007/08 season and this one (well last one)! Personally I felt maybe his ideal position would have been playing just behind the front two not sure if he ever did but sure someone will let me know if he ever did. Yes nice lad and all best at Braintree...

Always had a touch of class for me, which at times last season we had little of so I think he will be missed but onwards and upwards !!
