In my day, it was the four pace walk, towards the letter 'T' marked in chalk on the trapdoor, with a ready and waiting pre-stretched hemp noosed rope dangling invitingly bofore the oncoming criminal.

I think Enfield is getting worse. And there are never cozzers about to nick muggers and 'youths' loitering about. They only seem to pop up when I've had a skinful!!

 

As for the card scam, I was fleeced in a restauarant and the b*stards went on a spending spree in Leeds, that I could ill-afford. Only, my bank is being a total twat about it. Apparantly it was my fault. Lots of stongly-worded letters and the threat of legal action and now they're finally sorting it out.

I think it was some Northern scallywag who worked in a restaurant. But I'd used it in so many restaurants, it's hard to tell who the little sh!te is.

I've heard that restaurants are the worst place for credit card fraud. I know a couple of people who have been got that way, and I almost always pay by cash.

bloody scallywags... I just found out that my car - which was left for some repairs, has been broken into - window smashed, stereo stolen, two slashed tyres - as if the fact that it wasn't working in the first place wasn't enough?

Maybe its because she's not really a Northener. Although her and Urchinett seem to know a lot about the Trafford Centre and that's in Manchester which isn't too far from Halifax.

 

As for her being on a 'Mission' BJR I reckon she'd be far too tired for anything after all her 'goings on' over the Bank Holiday.
