Thanks guys, feedback appreciated.Seems there is a slight difference of opinion. If someone could check this out, perhaps this evening, and provide a definite date, etc this would be most helpful........but only if we manage to beat Old Owens !!

It's our chance of glory, a bit like celebrating a major win in the peace cup.

They are not a Park team but they are amature league which is a decent standard playing on a Saturday but we should have still beaten them.

Glem Harvey of all people turned out for Town.Along with various selection of reserve and youth teamers.

No 'youth' players were involved last night. They'd already done their duty in the Capital League last night. Jason Holmes kept goal, and Billy Healey was a second half sub. Unfortunatley Ellis got so fed up with what he perceived to be a lack of protection from the ref that he went on a one man mission to score.

He didn't, and because he totally declined to pass the ball to players in better/any positions, the team didn't.

Spot on MbrunoB. Old Owens play in the Southern Amateur which enjoys a very decent standard of football. The Ryman League standard is much higher, but there really is no excuse for us losing a cup competition like this, with home advantage and our only chance to pick up any silverware this season. Bit embarrassing I think.

That is not very environmentally friendly, a waste of ink and A sheet of paper

That result sums up Towns season, and looks like more to come next season
