Your first couple of sentences are in full agreement with the point I was making. At that time Justin didn't have a lot of experience, but proved he was a good Manager by hiring & delegating. (As did Lee)

No One person knows everything, top people throughout the World, in all walks of life, have advisers. Those who don't listen and/ or take advice, fall by the wayside.

 

 

Any success since?...Getting the Rushden Job is a success, and its a step towards further success, bigger and better things. Time will tell.

 

Chris & Nathan have become better players by listening to, and taking on board, good advice, they have also become, imo, successful. And with a bit of luck, they to are on a path to further success, bigger and better things.

 

They haven't played for Spurs, YET!
