With Biggleswade Town securing the league title this afternoon wining on goal difference and then only by one goal, the Citizens also had cause to celebrate, securing 9th place by beating Oxhey Jets 4-1, Stuart Blackburne and Adam Wallace scoring a brace each.

 

Denis Maharjan, returning to first team action after a hernia injury, was first into action hitting a thunderbolt, just wide, from 20 yard out only 4 minutes from the whistle. Vince Rispolis shot was just over the top corner of the visitor
