Have to agree with this , nothing should have really been said about us being safe before the game and as Hornet says it could have stuck in there minds even with TY and Nev telling them its bussiness as usual , go out and win .

Now we all know we were not safe at all and do we still know if we are staying up or going down .

If we are also honest with ourselves ,none of us armchair experts seriously saw the whitby scenario arising.

 

We were looking over our shoulders at hastings and Bwood-and whilst it was obliquely mentioned; i do not recall one post writing: -'hey chaps-forget about hastings and BW-in the first instance-lets concentrate on not surrendering a 6 goal advantage.

 

(none of us recognised that danger-so are we just as culpable ?
