IMO you praise your team/players for success or doing well and it's ok to criticise if they make mistakes.

One of the big problem of modern fans is that they hero worship footballers and are not prepared to admit when they make mistakes.

I will add that Frankie actually played well today and always works his socks off but one moment of madness has cost us.

To be honest going to Sutton and getting a result, even a draw isn't easy as they're a good side.

 

What's cost you a play off place is not today's result but stupid defeats at home to the likes of Ashford, Boreham Wood, Heybridge etc.

That's a good point. When something like this happens you do look back at previous results, especially for Hx the Heybridge game.

Oh well, start looking at next season.

Unfortunately didn't get there till about 15 minutes before KO, but quite a few Urchins were in the pub across the road and in fancy dress, sure they had a good time prior to the game.

In fairness both Sutton and Carshalton have been up there all season whilst you've crept up on the top 5 over the last month or so.

 

If Sutton and Carshalton had not tried their best to f..k things up for themselves they would have sealed a play off place weeks ago.

 

Your guys have fallen just a little bit short but they deserve credit for making a fight of it right up until the last match.
