Some of you will already follow the information on non-league football just as I do which is updated regularly on TK's site.

Tony has been very unwell for some time now but has kept his site going to the best of his abilities.

Those of you who already follow his offerings may have already read the following with great sadness but I suggest that those who don't should Google 'another' and have a good look at what all of us non-league fanatics will be missing when he closes the site down at the end of this current season.

Go with God Tony and my thoughts are with your family at this difficult time.

Not Good News

by another on Thu 23 Apr 2009 08:43 BST

Saw my consultant yesterday for the results of my scan and, as I expected, the tumour on my liver has shown significant growth. It is now deteriorating quite quickly and the consiltant told me that it is very unlikely that I will survive into 2010. In fact, it will probably be sooner than that.

Sorry to put this as bluntly as I have but there really is no other way of saying it.

I am currently still feeling good as I am on the steroids and we will make the most of each day as it comes before the deterioration sets in.

As for my football site, I will be freezing it at the end of the current season and there will be no more updates after that.

Not a lot more to say really."

Just read the latest on the TK site which is being run by a group of NL fans until they launch a new one of their own.

Just had an e-mail from Tony. Not good news I am afraid.
He has asked me to post the following messages on the board

"The latest prognosis is that I will only last 3 or four more weeks.

When the time comes, my son Stuart will email you to tell you that I
