actually i cant take too much credit for that i got it from a book........... THE JIM WARD WAY available in all crap book shops for free although gotta say it didnt work for him so may need to rethink but the good thing about the book is its great to recycle....... to put under the cat litter in its tray.

Kickoff will be at 11am, although players are asked to arrive at 10am.
