Well a good time was had by all. The winners of the awards for the 2008 / 2009 season are as follows:-

 

Golden Boot - Billy Bricknell

Managers Young Player Of The Season - Billy Bricknell

Players Player Of The Season - Ashley Dumas

Len Dewson Award (Clubman Of The Season) Les Bridge

Goal Of The Season - Lee Hodges (V Dover)

BTFC Supporters Player Of The Season - Ashley Dumas

 

And we awarded the Player Of The Month for April on the night -

Winner for the second month - Paul Shave

 

The BTSA also handed over a donation to the club for

Well done to everyone who gained an award, it sounded and looked like a great night from what the pictures show me.

 

Also well done to all the supporters and the BTSA for the contribution you have given over the season.

Another excellent night with quality tucker and quality company.

 

I'll be asking players to bribe me next season as none of my choices won anything! However very deserving winners - great effort from Ash to win the fans round in such spectacular style.

 

Not too sure about the "comedy interlude" myself but I was so far into my botte of vino I didn't care by then.

You also seem to have forgotten the award to Wayne (inane) Semancia for coming through from the U16's to regular 1st team fotball after 5 years at BTFC. a great acheivement and a fine example to all the young hopefuls currently with the youth set up or thinking of joining
