Well the first half performance was very much like my pints..flat!! Second half was as hot as my dinner! Seeds and Vine with the goals. Loved how Vine picked out his biggest fan when celebrating. Quality.

 

The game wasnt helped by Burnham being very poor and trying to turn it into a battle rather than a game. They were always going to get somebody sent off.

 

It would be nice if we played a full 90 mins instead of 45 lads! Thanks in advance!

I have thought about the first half and we actually gave them very little space or opportunity. WE had a couple of chances near the end and Butts could easily have given us the lead. So from controlling the match not such a bad first half. The second was much better and yes, Vine's goal was a very good header, in fact probably the best headed goal of teh seasson so far. Now he needs to reproduce that in the next few games and the play offs. He seemed quite pleased to score, lets hope he can keep that fire and passion.

Great result at Totton as well, really puts second place on our plate, now lets not throw it away!!!

Cheers chaps! Hmm I think official is maybe a bit strong as I haven't got a yellow bib or one of those weird little fold up seats they use at the pitch side! lol

 

Hovis there are a load more (some much better ones too) in my facebook albums feel free to have a browse!

 

I was going to create an album of my favourite pictures of this season come the end then clear out all the game by game ones as I'm already running out of space and my flickr account is full of arty farty stuff! So If there are any in there anyone wants to be able to download the full high res pictures of let me know and I'll pop them on Picasa.

 

I haven't checked what res they will download at but they should be print quality.

Downloads are fine. Just used a couple to change the players pics on the site.

 

Joel, before you get rid of any pictures can you put them on a CD or DVD for me, I will be more than willing to pay for the discs.

Yeah no worries! Don't worry about paying for the disc! lol

I won't delete any as have 1.5TB of storage on my PC (almost as much as humpty). But Picasa limits me to 1000Mb so I'll have to recycle the space for putting them up on the web until I can sort out an unlimited account!

Back to the game. I thought the game was a bit similar to last Monday the only difference being Burnham weren

You'd be surprised how quickly it fills! I've go over 4500 photos on it at 12MP shot in dual JPEG and adobe RAW... Really need to do some house keeping on my pictures!

 

Back to the footy yeah we are definately the fitter side a few teams I have seen this season have been a match for us first half but not the second. I think also the colonels half time tactics and changes have seemed to work really well.

To be honest I'm not really worried who we meet in the playoffs (although home advantage would be nice). But to get promoted you have to be willing to play anyone and on our day I don't think there is a team in this division that could beat us.

To be fair, when we started singing they got better, but i would have more faith in a Scotty half time haranging and a higher level of fitness. They certainly looked a lot fitter in the second half. i would hate to have to pick the first 11 from a 100% fit team. i am sure we would all have our favourite 11 but the players left out would show the strength in depth in our squad, in my opinion obviously!!
