Well according to Keith Pipers announcement to everyone at the presentation, bottom 4th best out of the 3 leagues i.e
Southern,Unibond & the Ryman will get a reprieve.We can't finish off worse than 4th bottom now.(Hope he's right.I have no reason to think he was giving us all false hope).
He also mentions that currently we are in the best position out of the 3 (will be checking that shortly for myself).
Next week we just have to better Boreham Woods result (I think) & we'll be 5th bottom & safe anyway.
All to play for still & all the wishing & hoping might yet be rewarded,one way or another.
Well done the lads,stuck with it despite being under strong pressure(the alamo we were calling it) & got the result required & deserved defensively more than anything.
Further announcement:Yorath & Southall are remaining as gaffers next season.
I'm sure all announcements made tonight & awards will be made shortly by the club or Wellsie.

Most points anyone who may finish fourth bottom in the BGB is 46, but our goal difference would probably see us ok. bgb.gif

The Unibond is a bit more complicated but Witton travel to Whitby on Tuesday so that may change things. A Whitby win or a draw should all but confirm us as top fourth bottom side.

You are absolutely right BB,but i read Cookies post as in the event of someone being reprieved.

 

Personally, i can't see any reprieve for any club happening this year but hope i am wrong.

 

However, best way is to win on saturday at staines and just pray hastings and boreham wood both lose
