Day 1 update. The six (Kay, Charlie, Radders, Horsham, Martin & Matt C) left Wexham Park at 10:00am this morning in the drizzle. Were just seen on the A4 in Cippenham heading towards the Huntercombe roundabout.

Update - They've still on the A4 and just crossed the A404 near Marlow. All ok and still walking together but having to call upon various shops and premises to use facilities! Currently thinking about stopping for lunch.

Less than a mile from the finish now.

All done for today. They finished just before 5pm and are about to jump on a train back to do it all again tomorrow!! Well done to them and good luck to them and everyone else taking part tomorrow.

The six (which I think may have become five due to an injury sustained on Friday) have been joined by a further eight at Reading to do leg 2.
