Whats the plan? Phoneless until tommorow! Any 11am pubs in burnham?

There are only 4 pubs worth visiting in Burnham;

 

"The knife in hand" is a traditional watering hole,where large people with vicious dogs drink strong lager, until they get really angry.

 

"The Lumpen thug" is where you get your recreational drugs, and where women of ill-repute will proposition you ad nauseum.Make sure you have change for a fiver.

 

"The glassed face" is a Chelsea pub.The patrons spend their days headbutting the walls,and each other.

 

"The Flick Axe" does decent food,their "Road kill mixed grill" is to die for!

 

The other pubs in Burnham are a bit rough.

I have to say the Flick Axe sounds delightful, do you think you get a choice of different road kill to mix 'n' match like a surf 'n' turf with say a seagull and a badger, or a vermin stacker that could include a rat, mouse and fox?

So the Stag it is then?!?!?!

I have nothing else to say on this subject.

 

I just noticed that I had 113 posts to my name,and it just so happens that 113 is a particularly unlucky number for me.

 

So now it's 114,and I am happy.

 

Ps, for anyone going to Burnham tomorrow, there is only one nightclub in the vicinity. It's called "Scars", and it's best avoided.
