Slough Town 2-2 Taunton Town

Well, not really sure what to make of that. Poor match that we were quite lucky to get something out of after they missed (well the number 12) missed 4 very good chances when it was 0-0.

 

However, when we were winning 2-1 with minutes left the ref missed a obvious foul on Tyrone Sealy and then their wingers' cross hits Ryan's hand for a very harsh penalty.

 

As for us the torture goes on but the maths is a bit more simple no after todays games

 

The scenario now is

 

- We sit on 38 points

 

- Both Bracknell (lost today) and Taunton would have to either win all three games remaining to catch us (41 points max)

 

- or win two games and draw one (39 points) to go past us

 

- Two out of three wins for both sides (38 points) probably won't be enough for both as we have a better GD (presuming we don't get spanked in the run in!)

 

So looks like were all but safe now, but to put it to bed finally on monday would be nice!
