I'll start this one! Very disappointing result. Lots of half chances, didn't quite happen for us and they got a flukey 1st goal.

Chenns couldnt hit a cows ars3 with a banjo, but 31 goals this season speaks for itself.

I expect a reaction to last nights result on Saturday. It's about time we tonked someone.

Finally - is Ben Porter experiencing the Jon Case treatment?

Was it just a night where the ball wouldn't fall for us or do you think there was something more fundamentally wrong?

I have to say we have had an ok run of results last few games and played some good looking football. If we can keep that form up then at least if Truro slip up and have a bad run we are there to take advantage.

If someone had offered me a guaranteed playoff place for Windsor at the start of the season I'd have taken it no question. Add to that the Berks and Bucks cup final in which we have a really good shout at winning, to be honest no complaints from me. We just need to secure 2nd place for home advantage.

I'm sure Mrs Cat will give an accurate match report.

I always believed it was just a matter of time before we scored. Chenns had more opportunities to shoot on goal last night than I've seen in one game for a long time.

Coyne lashed a shot just wide, Chenns had chances in both halves, Butts had a header, Seeds had a scuffed shot, Vine had a couple of 1st half headers..unfortunately we didn't trouble their knobhead of a keeper.

On another day it might have been a different result..unfortunately it was another day!

If it's the same one, then I know exactly who you mean! Didn't understand the concept of banter whatsoever.

Well thats automatic promotion f**ked and if we play like that in the play offs we will be playing those Abingdon knobs next year.

I have never come away from a game so angry in my life.

It wasn't that were we unlucky we were terrible and just didn't look up for it at all.

Yes the keeper was a knob and kicked the ball at my missus on purpose. Should we go up in the play offs I will be sending a card to him saying "Wish You Were Here"

I am starting to think that the team runs on solar power!

As Doris has already pointed out, on another day we may well have won the game but in truth we didn't play at all well last night.

There is no doubt the pitch didn't help and it was rather windy but Abingdon seemed to use the conditions to their advantage more than we did. We didn't look assured at either end of the pitch.

I think we were spoilt earlier in the season when we became accustomed to winning these type of games. The effort is certainly there but maybe we are missing a little bit of belief at the moment. Hopefully a good run of wins in the coming weeks will send the confidence sky high again ready for the play-offs and B&B cup final.

As for the Abingdon keeper...I don't think we're be seeing him on Mastermind any time soon.

According to the Abingdon Forum he kicked it at a bloke

"He didnt kick it on purpose, and it wasnt a woman that it hit!! I work as security at the ground and was watching what happened.Maybe you should stop abusing our players and concentrate on supporting your team more. The way the ball was thrown back to Sam was towards his face."

Not being there I can't comment but i hope Lucy is ok? It hasn't put her off coming down to the footy has it?

Apparently we were 'annoying' would that be because we showed the Cavemen by the dugout up!? Also apparently the nucklehead that ran on the pitch is less of a risk than the us!!!

And as for the ball not hitting a woman and it being accidentle...dont make me laugh!!!

Some people only see what they want to see. Given that we were literally yards away from the keeper when he kicked it, I can confirm that it was A, Deliberate and B, it hit a women. How far away was this so called security person during the incident, not as close as us I was imagine.

As for us abusing their players it

I too was in close proximity to the ball kicking incident and can confirm that the goalkeeper is either A) on a care in the community re-introduction scheme B) a Polish migrant who has been living in a cave in Bristol since arriving at these shores or C) one of those white kids with their pants exposed and jeans round their knees wanting to be a black man.

There will be no report against the keeper as the ref "Didn't see it" and the club would have no incentive to report him. They have already lied about the event so clearly they have no dignity or decency.

As for invading the pitch that is a lifetime ban, and a heavy fine I would have thought, but, guess what, neither the ref nor the steward(s) will have seen it.

Lets face it, the players, fans and officials of Abingdon were a bunch of tossers. Not one nice thing to say about anything being there. Compare that to Saturday, hmm...

And the ref, to be fair, was inept but nothing more and did nothing to change the outcome of the match, that was our doing.

The players need to sort it out if we are going to get second place, with Truro going to win it we need to step it up over this weekend

Perhaps he has the same sort of sense of humour as you.Wasnt it you who said this.

'Highlight of the day HAS to be the bloke in the electric wheelchair crashing into a lampost.'

There is a slight difference in the two incidents. Besides the wheelchair incident WAS funny...how is kicking a ball at a woman funny at all?

Out of intrest is the shopmobilty in Slough any good? The one in windsor is inside a multistory carpark!!!
