I think you'll find it was Harlow fault (Hence the fine)..Although we didn't help by the delay in admin.Not only should Harlow have phoned the FA (as required),they should have phoned ETFC to ask if we had sent the release document before fielding the player.

 

Niether club comes out of it looking brilliant though.I'm sure both clubs will act differently next time a player is signed /released.
