Unfortunately this isn't the first time the NLP has used shabby journalism to try and make a story where there wasn't one. You'd like to think that anyone who a)knows the NLP's history and b)knows Grant would have immediately smelled a rat.

Well, Mrs C pointed out the report to me yesterday and I was going to post something but like you Simon, I thought it wasn't right and that our supporters have a little more "savy" than to take it seriously. So I didn't post. I've learned not to draw attention to something that is basically a load of old tosh. In my opinion, it wasn't in the best interests of the club and was best left alone (or given the contempt it deserved).

 

I then come in from my stint of gardening and find someone comes along and "does us a favour". Ha, ha. I was thinking perhaps that person was the jurno that wrote the piece and wanted to draw attention to his journalistic "powers".

 

If the NLP wanted a proper interview done, he only could of asked "The Gift of The Gazz" and I'm sure a proper one could've been produced for their publication.
