A few individuals need to work out whether they can let sleeping dogs lie or not. They also need to stop playing silliy-buggers and get their heads down to fully committ to bringing success to the club.

A very good suggestion, I think a closed doors 'get it off your chest' debate. But I thought thats what we were supposed to have done in the March meeting, but it was very quiet. I tried to start something off at the end but nobody else joined in or developed the debate, in fact one guy called me a twat as he walked away.

So for those who are wound up and are holding things in, put up or shut up!!! Again!!!

We may not be able to solve some of the off field problems til the next election of officers, by which time, some players may say thats enough and good bye. This is just my opinion and observations by the way.

EU. The last meeting was not an egm but a supporters' meeting. There is a difference and there are things that can and should be discussed at an egm which should not be discussed at a supporters' meeting, even though the majority of those present fall into both camps.

If someone was that rude then that is unforgiveable. However, I suspect it was not becasue of what you were saying, rather than the fact that you came across as preachy and condescending, something that also applies to your post here. I agree with much of what you are saying, but the way you say it does tend to put peoples backs up.

I know where your coming from but thats my character, however the negativity of some on these threads brings that side of me to the surface. I'll try and change to a degree so that I dont make others feel too awkward.

As for the comment made to me-I thought I'd mention it but I'm not offended, I know that person and also know he wants our club to prosper as well, but he and a couple of his associates unfortunately need to see things from the politics that are going on and not just the footy side.
