Yer boys done well fair play to them they all knew there job and there were a nice bunch of lads not bragging, they play like the first team, smash the ball long and pick the 2nds up, that a compliment.

Glad i've got a ban after that.

1st half done ok 2nd half lost interest to be honest which was dissapointing.

Sadly that does appear to be the way to win this league. Brook House were the last side I witnessed in Cambos league who played pretty patterns and got anywhere with it.

Ourselves and Wembley are the onlt teams i have witnessed who try to play from the back and yet we are both at the wrong end of the table.

Long ball does appear the way to get yourself up near the top ,you need 4 quick players 2 up top and 2 out wide the 2 in the middle can battle and the 4 at the back just need to head the ball and clear there lines as far as they can, this seems like the basis of being up there.

Some will argue its not football, but its a winning game and thats all the records show.

Havent seen you boys Guv so cannot comment but for Wembley it is true. Molesey try and play it on the floor as well. 1st year back in the CCL we played decent football but slowly but surely we have become the same purely because results are more important. And as I said to a coach from another club despite that we still go and watch.

Sorry but I have to laugh at these posts, both our teams play some terrific football on the deck all over the pitch. There is a difference between being getting the ball forward quickly and being direct with a long ball. We try to play football where it can hurt the oppo and how the ball gets there is more often than not quick passing, not a hoof like you're suggesting. Incidently I didn't see your ressies trying to play from the back at all last night and knowing Sparksy and Macey very well that's the last thing they would do

Ressies is abit different because you havent got the quality, well we havent at the memont because of alot of injuries, sparksy has not played sice the opening couple of games and macey was playing out of position to be fair to him.

I'll be a little clearer green pea, when you smash it forward your forwards and wide men are very good so there quick play around the area can undo teams, hence thats why your flying high.

Most of the football in this division is "Ball forward and into channels. Turn the defence. Get set pieces" And I am afraid you are not different to that. You have quality up there to make use of that and have hence why you deservedly head the division and will win it.
