mal your ranting on onsidely

lets see

truro at 2-0 then it goes wrong as you state

penalty saved retaken for no reason

truro penalty not given when it was a penalty

now2-1 then truro score 3-1 then 3-2

then the out of play goal truro 4-2

you would have had a throw in and as you say may have scored

if we could right all the wrongs you state then city would have still won 4-2

you wouldnt have scored the penalty as it was saved

and if you may have scored from the throw in we may have scored our penalty

how ever i do the maths of the wrongs you would still have lost by two goals

but then maybe im wrong in your book

"And Joel, we haven't had freedom of speech for many years, if it isn't PC or fits into an agreed framework of acceptable phrases, you can't say it. But that is a different story altogether."

tragically you are right...but then you have to be as I guess after all you are the head of the "minstry for alteration"... evil

I wasn't able to get to the match, But from the reports, both on this site and listening to people who went, it seems obvious that the Ref had a poor match-But to be honest this is not unusual at this level and over a season it balances itself out. If we're honest with ourselves we have not being playing well for a couple of weeks and that form was carried into the Truro game (at least for the 1st half, where the game was lost), most teams have a wobble during a season, it's unfortunate that we're having one at the business end of the season.

We can all whinge about the result, but it's happened, they ain't gonna change it now - Let's move on. Truro are unlikely to win every match to the end of the season, so we need to concentrate and getting the form and confidence going again and keeping the pressure on Truro. Whilst we are breathing down their necks the pressure is on them every game.

Big one on Saturday - but probably the hardest for our run in, I wouldn't fancy ending the season playing against didcot (eh, Truro)

Yes I would.

I was in the 'tunnel' after the match and not one member of the W&E team or staff entered the officials changing room after the game. In fact our manager had the door slammed in his face whilst the referee was asking his name.

Also I would ask why your stewards felt it necessary to get physical in the 'tunnel'. Our players had to push a steward away after he squared up to me as I was trying to past.

Obviously you are responding to rumour and hear say and weren't actually near the changing rooms other wise you waouldn;t be asking this question, so I would suggest that you stop posting things that never happened.

I find it hard to believe claims of 'getting physical' and 'squaring up to me' by a steward, as the steward in question who has pushed, was facing away from any players, not 'sqauring up' to anyone, and in fact the player that pushed him was trying to get to one of the match officials.
Due to the language and attitude of un-named persons, the referee got escorted to the changing rooms by stewards, as per their duties, and comments were made towards the officials, who felt that some names needed to be taken down.
Language that was used in the tunnel is not welcome at football grounds, and nor should it be used to threaten someone.

In law, using unnecessary force is an assault, and the push given to the steward is disorderly conduct, which is clearly what it was, the steward did not push anyone.
I believe a steward closed the door to stop any of the fans witnessing what was going on, and preventing any further flare-ups.

Firstly, yes the steward was facing away from me and as I tried to pass we got tangled up as I had a bag of footballs over my shoulder. I was trying to pull myself free when he decided to turn round and start shouting and squared up to me which was when one of our players had to push him away. Never did I say that the steward pushed me.

Secondly, a steward did not shut the door the referee did, unless you are talking about the door leading out to the pitch and not the one to the officials dressing room.

Thirdly, if your stewards had been doing their jobs properly they would have waited with the referee and his assistants on the pitch until all the players and staff had entered the tunnel and got into their dressing rooms and out of the way.
