Yeah,but at the moment there's not much in it & we shouldn't be crowing just yet as we might yet be joining them.
However,if performances continue as they have been then we have every chance of not joining them...together with some help from our friends of course.

I really hope that it is utter nonsense to suggest that parmenter is still a major shareholder. But it would be good to have it confirmed.
I do think that there are people out there who would and could save the Gate but certain things would have to be clearly sorted first.

1 What debts do the club have?
2 Who controls what shares?
3 What assetts does the club have?

Very basic questions that should be answered.

I was referring to the above quote with my "utter nonsense" remark.
As for JP having shares still. I wouldn't know (neither would many others if truth be told). I would be astounded if he did still have some though.

I would suggest, as others have already said on here, to raise these questions with the current Board as it says CLEARLY on the official notice. The Board won't answer them on here will they!!

I wrote to the club a couple of years ago and did not receive a reply. Kind of put me off the idea of helping the club.
If the present board offered to sell all their shares at 20p each to save the club i would renew my interest as then the club could be saved and move on. On a much better basis with genuine involvement and control from ordinary supporters.

Thats pretty good of you then Ray, I too would like both Thanet teams to stay up but, of course, if it means Ramsgate being relegated in favour of us then so be it.
