Budding young cricketers

Have been speaking to glen at canvey (great escape) about possibly havinf a 20/20 tournament in the summer one sunday with them and maybe another two sides,floated the idea about with a few people who were there last night and the comeback was quite positive.Who wuld be interested in playing.

My idea is to have two semis and then a final with canvey,us and either another two clubs or two teams from each club.

Proceeds could either go to a charity or to the respective clubs.If the proceeds are to go to the clubs then i would recommend that we play A & B sides from the two sides so both clubs benefit rather than having 4 clubs involved and the money being less per club.Just floating the idea around at the moment,anyone????

lol,if we go ahead with this and i don't see why not,can anyone arrange nets anywhere local perhaps once a week for a few weeks leading up to the event
