and forgot to mention we got beat 4-0 by wealdstone res , not as bad as it sounds but they were by far the better side and we were over come by the occasion , first half thought it was going to be a cricket score but second half we came out and gave them a game and they scored 2 worldies that just knocked the stuffing out of us , they had some real quality players out there the skipper was a different class head and shoulders above any other player , oh well onto the next game farnham at home on saturday .

In all honesty, Farnham have a couple of really nippy forwards. I'm surprised they're not higher up the League.

I know what you mean Big JR. They beat us by the same scoreline earlier in the year. Pretty much played 4 up top (lazy wingers but quite good) and the two forwards were good plus we had a bad day at the office. Their defence is the opposite though - quite slow.

No footy for me today. Meadowbank having a complete rest.

 

Off to watch Horley Town Ladies 1st team play tomorrow and check out the training of the reserves who are 'match-free'. That's my excuse, anyway, as the bar will be open !
