Totten Score

Good first half where we were the stronger and a very good goal by DJ

Second half we conceded 4 goals in 15 mins and the game was over. They took their chances and I did not think there was much blame on the Slough side other than being a bit static when they attacked for the goals - need to make sure we concentrate for all of the 90 mins.

Plate scored a well taken concelation but it was too late by then.

Pretty much agreed with SR above, it was a decent enough performance but Totton were very clinical at the start of the second half and probably with the exception of that 20mins or so we matched them (better in the first half but then again it could've been 3-3 at half time).

Well done to the players today, they tried really hard but in the end the result shows why Totton are so high in the league.

Thought Sweeney and Sinclair combined well down the right for us particularly in the first half.

more plus's than minus's ..really excellent first half ..unlucky to not be 2 up , second half , we were punished again at 4 - 1 down (3 goals in 5 mins) we were not that bad ...gain a big of composer and platt score another good goal, considering one of there goals took a huge deflection..could and should have been a bit tighter..however..things look better for long periods in this match and really the score line flattered AFC Totton..

First-half was very good. Yes they had chances, but you would expect that as they are challenging for a play-off position and are at home. DJ's goal was excellent, and had a couple of chances to make it 2-0.

A combination of them coming out brightly in the second-half and us not threatening early in the second saw them equalise then score a further three in a crazy five minute spell that really flattered them.

They deserved the win, but some good performances by us. Big 7 days for us now I feel, not only with the games to come but also some players futures as STFC players as Bates will probably have made his mind-up on who he wants to keep at the football club at the end of this period.

I feel sorry for Rory Smith who has been MOM on a couple of occasions and then put on the bench.

Dean Harper and Luke Evans as a central partnership? Are they too similar? Does an Evans/Smith partnership look a better option?

How did you rate the new players?

Big game on Tuesday, a win will probably secure our league status.
